Ad: I am a German woman, beginning my graduate studies at LSE this Fall. Being new to London, I am now searching a single female flat/house share beginning September 1 for at least 1 year with a max rent of Pounds 450 per month. I would like to live in SE London, but this is not a must (max. 40 min ride to LSE). However, I prefer to have easy access to transportation, amenities etc. I am a devoted Christian, who would like to share her belief with another Christian female. I take my studies very seriously and hence, appreciate a quiet household. However, I really enjoy having friends over, listening to music, watching good films, dancing… and simply having a good time. I am very organized and tidy. That is, I take my part in a shared house/flat very seriously. I love to cook & bake, read, chat, discuss and exchange. All in all, I am a very friendly and sociable woman, who appreciates honest, trustworthy and good hearted people searching not only a flat share but friendship.
